Transaction Log Listing
The Transaction Log Listing page allows you to search for and view the transaction logs that are stored on your KommerceServer system. A transactional event is related to data that occurred on the KommerceServer website. Examples of transactional events can include a new registered user or the placing of an order. When KommerceServer detects a transaction event, you can configure it to post an Email to the Email address(es) that you define in your event listeners. You can navigate to the Transaction Log Listing page by selecting Web Administration>Audit>Transaction Log. Following is an example of the Transaction Log Listing page.
To search for a transaction log, enter your required search parameters and click the Search button, or you can simply click the Search button without entering any search parameters to search for all available transaction logs. The transaction log will appear in the Transaction Log section at the bottom of the page. You can export the transaction log history to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet by clicking the Excel button.
Only 5000 transaction log items can be displayed at one time. If more than 5000 results are found in your event log search, you will receive a message stating that the search result count is over 5000 and you will be asked to refine your search criteria and try again.
